I have had this company a couple of times before this and have been impressed with them and recommended them to friends who also were very pleased. This time they cleaned my large basement rec room, stairs, and two area rugs. PLUS, they noticed the bad shape of my cat tower carpets and did a clean of that, making it look amazing.
From the beginning they make you feel confident. They give an estimate easily, send a confirmation and instructions on furniture movement. They arrive on time and phone a few minutes before they arrive. They have an efficient team who complete the work very well. All contacts have been friendly.
