Scheduling and an appointment was very quick and easy to do even after calling mid-week in the evening. Phone was answered and did not go to voicemail.
Adel texted ahead of time to say he was on the way and arrived at the scheduled time. Crew was very professional, neat with their work and clean (wore covers on their shoes, laid down a floor matt as soon as they came in the door and ran the vacuum piping through the garage instead of through the house).
The crew used power agitators deep into the ducting and sealed off all ducts to maximize return pressure as they cleaned each trunk line instead of simply vacuuming at the vents. Sanitization was with Benefect cleaners which are 100% biological with no chemicals.
Crew cleaned up and price was less than expected/estimated.
