We bought a house recently and needed to clean our hvac ducts as the previous owner had had multiple renovation projects in the house. We saw the good reviews here on homestars, so decided to contact 416-Soclean. Spoke to Adel on the phone and he was able to schedule us on a short notice for a Saturday appointment. They also sent a reminder the day before the appointment, which we appreciated.
On the day of the appointment, Shane and Adel showed up 5 minutes early. They did a full inspection around the houses first, identified and showed me all the air intakes/outtakes, and also walked us through the plan before they started the work. Both Adel and Shane also explained to us what they were doing along the way, and answered all of our questions without rushing. The job was estimated to be done in 2 hours with one technician, but because two people came, they were able to do it within 1.5 hours.
Overall, we think the team is very professional, from the beginning to the end. Would gladly recommend their duct cleaning service to my friends.
