Very impressive service with lots of attention focused on ensuring our experience was excellent, including detailed consultation, written estimate, phone call prior to timely arrival, instructions on how to prepare, review of project prior to commencement, ottoman cleaned for free, extra booties provided for us after departure, etc. Carpet dried sooner than expected, and everything looks great!
