Red Robin Masonry

Red Robin was quick to respond to my request for a quote to have a few bricks replaced, as well as for a part of my foundation that needed parging. I decided to go with them after reading their reviews on Homestars. Their quote was also the lowest.
I dealt with Dave mostly who scheduled the work to be done towards the end of the season (weather permitting). He not only kept me posted as to the date the crew would arrive, but more importantly, he was courteous and honest. Dave did a fantastic job answering all my questions and addressing my concerns.
The crew did a great job and left no evidence that they had been there. It was even difficult for me to tell which bricks had been replaced. Amazing!

Every part of working with this team was professional - from the quote through to the finished product - Mike and team are courteous, professional, tidy - and we are extremely satisfied with the finished project. They showed up when they said they would, (or called to let me know if they were going to be delayed), completed the job on-time, stayed on budget and cleaned the work-site after the job was done.

My husband and I will highly recommend this company and we will have them back for any other brick work that we need to have done.

Very impressive company and service. Arrived on time, excellent quality work and good follow up. For what i needed this company was reasonably priced and exceeded my expectations Many other contractors I called never even got back to me.

Had Red Robin in to pour a concrete floor in my garage. The old dirt floor had to be dug down and levelled before any work could be done. The job took longer than expected, but the end result is fantastic and I haven't had any issues with it.

We hired Red Robin masonry to do the repointing around our house and take down and cap an old chimney. I am happy with the quality of their work, and believe the quote that they gave us was very reasonable. Communication was excellent, and Dave and his crew were accommodating to some specific requests while on the job. Would definitely call them again in the future.

Red Robin Masonry did an outstanding quality job, at a price significantly lower than the prices quoted by other companies. I was very particular in the specs for the rebuild. I requested extra work and materials that aren't part of the standard chimney-rebuild job. For example, I asked that braces be installed in the chimney to allow me to have an antennae installed in future, against the chimney. No problem, said Dave of Red Robin Masonry. I have a handy brother who clambered up to the roof to inspect the rebuild work every day, and take photos. My brother and I were extremely satisfied. Every aspect of the work, and materials, was outstanding. I highly recommend Red Robin Masonry.

I had bricks on 2 chimneys falling apart. Dave from Red Robin came for inspestion. Within 24 hours I had a detailed estimate that was very competitive. I went with the job and very, very peased with the job and cost. Job looks great and bricks are a perfect match.

We contacted Red Robin and Dave was very flexible with scheduling a time to provide an estimate. Mike came to our house and provided his expert opinion on some areas we were unsure of. Mike walked us through the priority areas and then provided a very detailed, thorough quote. It took the Red Robin crew just one day to complete the work. Afterwards, we noticed there was one brick that required replacement and Mike came back immediately the next day to fix it. Red Robin is a great company to work with.

We needed some preventative maintenance done on our 100+ year home - tuck pointing, parging along the side of the house and the replacement of some bricks above one of our windows. Dave and the Red Robin crew did a fantastic job. They were extremely professional, on time and a pleasure to deal with.
