This is the second time I've used Titans, both times as a result of shingles blowing off our roof in extreme winds. It seems that the house we bought has very good shingles on it, but they were not installed properly.
Both times Titan responded very quickly and professionally when other companies didn't (they're all busy after wind storms).
Both repairs qualified as the "Roof Tune Up" offered by Titan and we were billed exactly what they said the package cost (quoted before they even came to the house and saw that they'd have to order the shingles).
The guys that did the work were professional and cleaned everything up after they left. They replaced the shingles and repaired caulking and flashing and tacked down anything that looked like it could be a problem in the future.
Overall we found this company to be more responsive, affordable and professional than any of the others we contacted.

10 out of 10 doesn't do justice for the work that was done by Shawn and his crew on our roof. it started with a prompt return call to make an appointment, followed by a meeting at our home on the exact day and time that was arranged. Your price was not only competitive, but it was far more detailed than the others (I had 4 other quotes). After agreeing on a price and discussing the time needed to complete the work involved (remove old shingles and replace with new), we agreed on a date - weather permitting. Not only did you arrive on the agreed to date, you brought along an extra crew to ensure that our roof was completed before the weather possibly changed (50% chance of rain was forcasted for the following date) and there was no debris left behind whatsover. The crew were all very polite and professional throughout the day. Oh yea ... and the roof looks great!!!

After observing Titans Roofworks replace a roof in my neighbourhood, I was impressed with the workmanship. Many of the roofs in my area were being replaced, and none of the other roofing companies managed to impress me. I then called Titans and was given a competitive quote. He took the time to explain our options and was very patient. Our roof was done quickly and our property was left clean. I now have the best looking roof on my street! Shawn Lowe, was the person who came out to give me an estimate, at that time he said the job would be complete within a 2 week period.
Shawn did not fail me, it was complete, as per contract, with no hidden costs. He also entertained all my questions and completed tasks. As for the workers the were very knowledgeable and too answered my questions. The y also cleaned up all the debris.
Over all I am very satisfied with the job from start to finish and would highly recommend this company, but that having been said, I hope not to be calling them any time soon for the same roof.

We found the Titans Roofworks personnel very polite and professional.
They were quick to come out and assess our roof and provided us with a thorough estimate package so we were well informed of the products and service they would provide. They performed the task quickly and cleaned up the space in no time. We were extremely pleased with the price point, the quality of service, their professionalism and speed.

I contacted 10 companies to quote on my roof. I then interviewed them all and chose Titan Roofworks because:
1) Time spent the time to educate me on all aspects of what to look at iin roofing
2) They explained the differences in the quality of shingles and how best to have them installed. They recommended felt paper for example to ber applied onto the entire roof for best long term protection.
3) After extensive research into shingle companies, I decided on CertainTeed Landmark.
4) I then had all companies quote on the same terms
5) Many Companies would only quote IKO, but my research indicated that this company had many negative reviews on quality as well as poor warranty service as compared to CertainTeed.
6) Their quote was the most competitive for these shingles.
7) Installation started within 2 wrking days of signing up the contract, and was professionally finished in 2 days

The final result is that we were completely satisfied with the workmanship and the final product, and the rood looks outstanding.

Shaun and his team did a terrific job on our roof, and we are very happy with the end result. Pricing was very competitive and the job was completed within 1 week of contract signing, so that we had our new roof in time for Thanksgiving guests. The project included reconfiguration of venting for our cathedral ceiling, which is expected to extend the lifetime of the roof.
