Called Titans roofworks and received competive price for my roof to be reshingled . I requested some custom items to be added and was not a problem.
They came when they said, very polite crew, organized, and tidy.
Very happy with results .

Titans Roof Works was a good company to work with. Shawn did an estimate for us in the Spring of 2012, however, we did not proceed with the job until 2012. He had kept the quote on file for the entire time, and adjusted it slightly to reflect his increase in costs over the year.
Shawn spent time with us to explain the type of shingle he preferred to use and was very helpful in determining the best colour choice to go with.
Shawn is very professional and very easy to work with. Not once did he pressure us into making decisions or pushing any products. We felt comfortable with his level of expertise.
There were a few gliches in the process due to the telephone number being used for contact information. I would recommend giving the company at least 2 telephone connections to ensure that important information is communicated in a timely manner.
The roofing team encountered a rain delay, plus an illness with the foreman. Shawn does not allow his team to proceed with proper supervision. The completion of the job was delayed once more due to a shortage of the flashing material, a very minor amount of work. I never once worried about them returning to complete the job, however a courtesy call to explain would have been nice. However, since Shawn does not require any payment until the job is completed to the customer's satisfaction and I was 100% sure that they would finish the job.
Overall a job well done.

Shawn arrived to the exact minute of our scheduled appointment for my quote for a complete shingle replacement including underlayment, vent caps and flashing. He explained the job in detail, (comparing the quality "Landmark" shingles to cheaper brands, showing me samples from his truck) and answered any and all questions I had. He had copies of all insurance policies and a long list of addresses of previous jobs completed including the type and colour of shingles used. Once my decision was made Shawn's crew arrived 2 weeks later and in one day we had a new roof. The crew were quick and professional and kept the job site clean the entire time. The total cost was about $1000 lower than some other quotes AND they added an extra downspout for better drainage. My house looks great with the new roof! I would highly recommend Titans Roofworks Inc to anyone needing roofwork!

After looking at a few options for roofers, I stumbled across this site and quickly located Titan Roof Works based on all of the positive reviews. Shawn and company were tremendous. They did an excellent job getting things done quickly, and even worked around another committment we had on the go. Shawn helped us select the best materials for our home, and did an excellent job with the installation and clean-up. Titans Roofworks was referred to me by a work colleague after his positive experience with the company. I had also seen a number of their signs around my neighbourhood so I knew they were already doing a fair amount of business in my local area.

What was also appealling to me was that they were not a company that operated off of a cell phone and that they had a physical business address in the event there were issues that needed to be addressed. A very important consideration that I noticed as I was researching prospective companies on the internet.

The initial quote experience was quite positive and all of my questions were answered. The quote package was complete and included copies of their insurance and WSIB documents - something that was not always the case with the seven companies that I had contacted for quotes.

On the day the work was completed, there was a five-man crew. I spent some time watching the work done and knew there were no shortcuts being taken. The workers were very conscientious and maintained a clean job site. Cosmetically, the roof looked great and the metal flashing had also been replaced which really added to the finished product. I think it is important to note that no payment was provided until I was completely satisfied with the work.

Overall, it was a very positive experience. The work was completed to my satisfaction and there were no surprises that added to the cost of the work.

I am glad that I used Titans for my roof job and would encourage others to consider using them as well. I do not believe you will be disappointed with their work. They did an excellent job!

We used Titan Roofworks in 2011 to repair some loose shingles at the front of our home. They were recommended to us by David Snell Building Services. I was happy with their service then, and when we had water leaking in our upstairs bathroom ceiling, we contacted Titan again. Shawn inspected our roof and was able to show photos of the roof that indicated that a new roof was necessary. He provided a quote that day and when we decided to proceed Shawn met me at home to sign the contract (no deposit required) and the job was scheduled for the following week. The crew arrived on site on time and the new roof was installled by early afternoon. Everything was cleaned up and the disposal trailer was picked up wtihin a half hour of the crew's departure. We are very pleased with Titan's service and would recommend them without hestation.

Titans roof works did an amazing job on the roof. I couldn’t have picked a better company. They are extremely professional. The crew worked so hard from start to finish. The Landmark shingles look amazing! This product is in a class all itself. My neighbours have all commented on how hard these guys worked and cleaned up the property. The house looks absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend that you call Shawn at Titians Roof Works for your estimate. The only regret you will have is not having them do your roof.
