We called Titans in the morning after reading reviews on Homestars. The night before we had heard some dripping near a bathroom vent. They came out to inspect our home shortly after lunch. We were impressed with them because when they inspected the entire roof they took several photos to let us know where they felt there were problems and inspected the whole roof and not just the area we had noticed a potential problem. Rather than just repairing the small hole and vent cover that was likely the source of the dripping sound we heard, they suggested we pay for a general "tune-up" they offer and recommend as a semi-annual service. The fee seemed reasonable, and included a minor gutter repair. The best part of the effort was that Shawn and Norm were able to complete the repairs that afternoon. So, when it rained the next day there was no dripping sounds!

Hi gang it's Shawn, hope things are going well with the new addition to the family. Sorry for the late reply to your generous review on us, it is just that this business has become overwelming and I am expecting a little girl in August and I guess you know how that can be.
So between preperation for a little one and expanding our firm I really do appreciate the write up.
