Swat Wildlife and Insulation

We started to smell a foul odor from under our deck. Unfortunately our deck is too low and very difficult to see anything under it. So I searched and found the reviews on SWAT Wildlife and I gave them a call. Within an hour Josh showed up at my house. Because we couldn't see under the deck Josh had to take out a few planks out on my deck but thanks to his intuition he found the poor Raccoon that was decomposing under my deck fairly quickly by only taking 3 planks out! (I have a very large deck so I was thankful)

After removing the Raccoon he showed me all the spots animals could get under my deck and recommended a solution. He also showed me few spot on my roof that looked an animal was trying to get into the attic. He gave me a quote and because it was a big job it quickly added to a big sum. Since I wasn't too happy with the amount he gave me a discount. I'll be honest at the start I wasn't too happy with the quote even with the discount as I thought it was too high but after 6 hours of hard work and the quality of work Josh did on my deck as well as our roof I have to say it was a very good deal and I highly recommend these guys to anyone who has the same issue as I had!

We had racoon beneath our deck in the backyard. So Josh and eden from swat life provided steel fencing all around and the service was great. And one year warranty provided too

Install a cage to stop squirrels entering the roof. Also installed wire guards over every vent on the roof to prevent animals from entering the roof.

Eden and Josh were great. They went above and beyond, staying on to ensure that every entry point was closed off for my raccoon militia. Sad raccoons, happy customer. Thank you.

SWAT Wildlife staff (Josh & Eden) responded quickly to my landlord's call. They were pleasant and answered all my questions about what they were doing. Their approach seemed humane and their installation was non-intrusive. Good stuff.

Two visits - initial inspection and installation of "one way" gate; removal of gate and installation of permanent barrier and additional barrier lengths as recommended. Josh did a great job.

Unlike some of the other services I tried to reach about my squirrel problem, SWAT was east to get in contact with and set up an appointment. Derrick came out and assessed our issue, finding where a family of squirrels had broken into our old soffits. He determined it would be a two-man job due to safety concerns, so he came back at the next most convenient time with a colleague. They closed up the holes with a metal cladding and put a one-way gate. Since then the squirrels seem to have vacated the soffits. Overall, I am quite happy with the work.

Josh and Eden arrived on time. They explained what they would be doing to rid my soffits of squirrels. they surveyed the entry point, roof and attic. Closed the entry to ensure the squirrels could not return

A family of red squirrels moved into our attic, and after suffering with them for months we called SWAT Wildlife. They arrived quickly, were polite and came up with effective solutions for our home. They clearly distinguished the base cost(Fixing all holes, installing one way doors) from preventative measures(Putting wire cages over vulnerable vents to animal proof them). The first attempt being unsuccessful (removing only the mother and not the babies due to their earlier stage of development), Derek quickly adapted the solution to more suit our needs, changing the exit point to an area more suitable for baby squirrels and providing the previously suggested preventative measures to keep their mother from chewing her way back into the attic. After about a week we no longer hear the squirrels in our attic. I would not hesitate to recommend SWAT in the future to anyone with animal issues.
