Swat Wildlife and Insulation

I didn't have a paper copy of the $25 coupon off my first service. I paid and provided it after for a refund. They refused to honor it. It is so short sighted since I have a large property and want a pest control professional service I could use over the long term. It wasn't about the discount as the amount is immaterial. Rather, it's disappointing they didn't value any future relationship with me. And their behavior suggests they would nickle and dime me rather than look for solutions. I would NEVER recommend them. HORRIBLE

Andre was very knowledgeable and efficient. We feel confident that the raccoons will be out of our attic soon and that the extra work that was done on the roof will keep them out for good.

We asked SWAT for help in eliminating wildlife that had found a home in our ceiling. The people who work for SWAT are helpful, thorough, and highly professional. When the first visit to find the entry point for squirrels was not entirely successful, they returned to discover a second entry point. They returned again to treat mice as a second cause of the noises we still heard. SWAT is a great company to deal with, and we highly recommend them.

Jake was fantastic. He was thorough, and showed great respect and care in removing the raccoon and her baby from our attic. He went the extra mile to help me with repairs that would ensure she did not get in again. They are also very affordable, I would never call anyone else after my great experience with them.

Brian was a courteous, professional, enthusiastic and energetic technician who took the time to explain the ins and outs of the business - as well as braving the elements and inclement weather to climb my roof.

I’m confident his work will pay off and my mice situation will be resolved.

I’d happily recommend both he and SWAT Wildlife to any of my friends and family.

Heard some noises in the ceiling. Called SWAT and they came and took care of everything. The individual who came (and I apologize because I can't remember his name) was very professional and answered all our questions. He provided some solutions to the problem, finished the service call in a very timely manner and as of today 02/05/18 all is quiet in the ceiling.

The removal person who came to my house was friendly, polite, and very very fast. The service I have had from swat every time I needed them has been exceptional.

Derek of the SWAT Wildlife team did an excellent job. His communication was very good on the options and best approach to humanely getting the raccoons to check out of my garage. He managed the schedule during a break in the midst of a record cold spell in Toronto in January 2018, and he did some extra unanticipated clean up of droppings that was not expected to be part of the job. As soon as I called to advise that I saw tracks indicating that they had left through the trap door Derek installed for them, Derek returned to get the tap door and secure the access point against future invasions. I am one happy customer of SWAT Wildlife.
