Randy was amazing and he and his partner were successful at retrieving the Racoon from my chimney without issue (or injury to anyone lol). Install of chimney cap seemed to work as we had returning “guest” that evening. Very helpful at sealing base of chimney as well. Randy was very efficient and courteous and arrived within time frame given (even after an apologetic courtesy call to say they were running late which a lot of companies don’t do). His advice was very helpful. My apologies to Randy for being such a nervous Nellie and he deserves a 10 out of 10 for being so understanding and professional. Would highly recommend Swat Wildlife and I won’t hesitate to call if any future issues arise. Thanks to all Swat Wildlife team.
