I called SWAT wildlife as a result of their high ratings and because I suspected either raccoons or skunks were living under the deck. In addition, there was a very strong odour. I was so glad I did. From the initial phone call they explained in detail the process to get rid of the animals and answered any questions I had both on the phone and when they arrived. They were up front and honest about the price and were quick to respond. Brian was amazing! He was so pleasant to deal with and quickly identified the odour as being a dead raccoon underneath the deck. I was concerned about damage to the deck but luckily he was able to remove the animal and replace the board in its place without any damage. When animals crawl under decks and unfortunately die the removals can often be tricky and require cutting or damaging the deck boards. I'm glad Brian was able to execute the removal without any damage.
