Our neighbours and us called in "SWAT Wildlife" for raccoon in our attics (semi house).
They responded & came over very fast.
On time & for a good price!
Technician was very knowledgeable.
He inspected the exterior & interior. Fixed all entry points. For now, put in temporary "one-way" door for the next week - so the raccoon can leave but can't get back in.
Preventative suggestions were also made & installed (protective wire cages over all roof vents).
It all looks great so far. Fingers crossed it works.
A year warranty is included.
So far very happy, would recommend the service.
