I order the doors, they promised 4/5 week. They came on time. Installation schedule was maintained. Great door, installation done with great care and clean.

The sales rep was very knowledgeable The installation team was punctual, worked swiftly and tidily. They met an unforeseen issue with wisdom and solved the problem handily.

Master bedroom window installed And they just put a caulking in between the frame and the wood Now that we wanted to replace the vinyl we discover that there’s a huge gap between the frame and the existing panel
I called them to take a look and re caulk and finished it off they were charging me extra money for it. So sad to deal with company like this that wouldn’t even care to do anything For your concern. Al Christie did the initial measurements I told him that the vinyl might be on the way he said no not a problem because it’s so easy for them just put a caulking they don’t have to put caps on the window

House needed new windows as we still had our original builder's windows. George was thorough while onsite quoting out the job and took time to explain specifics as to options we had. There were two windows he recommended not replacing as they were in great shape and an honest approach is hard to find these days.

The installation team were fast and detail oriented, not leaving any stone un-turned including great detail work with the trim of the window installation as well. Highly recommend using for your next window / door project!

After 2 days of installation ,we had water came from inside from window , and ask them to look at it.
They called back and told us what to do . We did , since then no issues noted uptodate

I replaced my house windows, the salesperson does a fairly good job.
My blinds did not fit after they installed my windows so I ended with more expenses. The salesperson should make a point to discus the window coverings. I think the salesperson should also offer more creative choices when possible.
I would suggest the salesperson visit the home during or after installation to become familiar with choices and see the finish product.
The windows and installers were great.
It has been only 2 weeks since the installation, so far I am very pleased. with the results.
