Move-in Deep Cleaning

The cleaning done by Grecia and Nadia was great! They were lovely, extremely courteous and caring. Made moving into our house much, much easier. I misunderstood a part about the billing process especially since its covid-19 season right now and the office is not fully staffed to comply with social distancing rules (as it should be) but it was very, very kindly and courteously resolved. I am extremely satisfied with both the cleaning and customer service I have received from new century maids and I am already talking on the phone with them about doing a separate detailed inside+outside window cleaning job so that just goes to show how well the company is operating even in these tough times to make a customer want to come back!

Move-in Deep Cleaning

The cleaning done by Grecia and Nadia was great! They were lovely, extremely courteous and caring. Made moving into our house much, much easier. I honestly would have rated new century maids a 10 for the cleaning and the work done by Grecia and Nadia. The reason I give a 6 is because of how I got pretty much defrauded into to paying the extra 3.5% charge for paying by credit card. If you don't know this yet, when you book with new century maids, they take down your credit card information as a safety deposit and we are asked to pay by e-transfer or cash on the day of the service. I told the phone operator that I would pay by e-transfer on the day of. Come the day of cleaning, the cleaners are done with their work and the only information I have is the total cost (sent casually in an email just in text, not as an actual invoice) but no email address/phone number/name to e-transfer to! Both the cleaners and I am frantically trying to call the office or contact someone from the office to first even get an invoice for how much I have to pay and to get the contact information needed for an e-transfer! This was at 4:30 when the job was scheduled to end and apparently they had already left the office without an instructions on how to process payment!! I wake up this morning to find a sly email sent to me at 9:30pm with an invoice and a note that said that if I didn't pay the day of following immediate receipt of the invoice, then they would automatically charge my credit with a 3.5% surcharge the next business day...it WAS the next business day! I am done for the day and logged off at night, how do they expect for me to pay for a service that I received hours ago without them giving me a proper invoice at the proper time? They send me an email at 9:30pm and expect me to see that and pay by 12 midnight...when they couldn't even pick up the phone at 4:30pm when the cleaning ended. Completely tricked by the people working in the office and I would NOT recommend this company despite of how hard working and excellent the actual cleaning crew are!!
