Reliable Home Comfort

My air conditioning was spinning but no cold air was coming out. I called and talked to Daryl and he gave me an arrival time "window" for later the same day. He arrived right on time (10 minutes early even!), sussed out the problem immediately, and had my A/C fixed in under 10 minutes! For all you women out there, sometimes it's a bit scary answering the door to a repairman when you're home alone. However, Daryl was super friendly, clean and tidy, professionally uniformed, and he put me at ease right away. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or buy from Reliable again.

I purchased my Goodman furnace and air-conditioner in April 2013
from Reliable. They came with a 10 year parts and labour warranty.
I hadn't had any problems until last night when the air-conditioner
stopped cooling. Fortunately for us the outside temperature was cooling off nicely so we opened windows and put on the fans no big deal ! Unfortunately there is a family of skunks living next door and they chose last night to be a nuisance ! I called Darryl at Reliable this morning, he was here by 2.00pm replaced an electrical block in the outside unit and we had air by 2.20pm ! Darryl fixed the problem and all it cost me was a handshake ! Thanks Darryl, thanks

Remembering how happy I was with Dave last year, when my a/c stopped working (fan was blasting away, but no cold air) it was an easy decision who to call this time. He came out same day, showing up within 5 minutes of the time he gave me, and spend probably an hour and a half figuring it out. When he left, the house was filling up quite nicely with cool air. There is no question in my mind who will always be top of the list if I have heating or a/c issues in the future. Great outfit, and I recommend them without reservation.

These guys were great. Found them on HomeStars so gave them a call. The price was literally half of what Atlas was asking! Very nice guys, clean and respectable. Most importantly they got the job done when they said they would do it without the hassle.

Once the unit was installed my house wasn't getting cold enough so I called them and they came right over. Made some adjustments which helped but wasn't enough so they reinstalled a new, larger unit at no additional charge. I was shocked and obviously elated because it's at this point companies tend to gouge but these guys understand the value of providing good customer experience.

I've already recommended them to a couple of people and will keep recommending them to whomever needs.

AC stopped working on a very hot day and found Reliable on Home Stars. Gave them a call based on their award winning service and Dave came out on the Monday of the Long Weekend to have a look. After some trouble shooting he was able to find the issue and fix it right on the spot. Would recommend Dave to anyone needing an expert to figure out what their issue is. Great Service all around!

they arrive on time right to the point professional and fixed the problem very open about what they did and some free advise to maintain the equipment. very happy with the service.

My AC died. On the hottest weekend of the year so far. Reliant came in while I was getting a quote from another company and got my ac started again. Seriously. Took 5 minutes.

Discovered a large puddle of water on the furnace room floor... A quick call to Reliable's Daryl, who came the following business day and promptly identified the problem as a clog in the humidifier water supply tubing. Fast and courteous service I have come to expect from this company. Will most definitely book them back for a complete check-up before the winter. Highly recommended!
