They came on time as they promised to diagnose my heater issue. The main reason why I chose them is because they will deduct the diagnostic fee from the total bill if indeed something is wrong. That is a great policy as far as I'm concerned as we all hate having to pay for a diagnosis but I find it is fair that in case nothing is wrong, they at least compensated for their time and effort so i love that policy! Best of all, the technician was completely honest in the diagnosis that the issue was only clogged pipe and didn't try to swindle us by up-selling or replacing unnecessary parts.
I definitely will use them again in the future (knock on wood) and would recommend them to my friends and family. Glad I came across this review site and found Reliable.

We called on Reliable to replace our 27 year old furnace and air conditioner.The team headed up by Rob, came at the arranged time and got down to work right away. Due to limited space and ingenuity Jaime placed the intake pipe through the ductwork and voila no destruction, no mess. The team checked that the furnace and air conditioner were working. The workmanship was superior in every way, the communication was top rate and every detail of the work was explained to us. The respect for our property and the clean up is very appreciated. I highly recommend this company.

My 25 years furnace was down recently, I found the company from home star. Dave and his team installed a new furnace , me and my wife were impressed by Dave and his team, for the great workman ship and his professional explaining of the details and concerns we had. I would highly recommend Dave and his team to my friend.

After a lot of research (including homestars fo course!), and several meetings I met Dave from Reliable. He was very straight forward, he gave us detailed descriptions of options for our Furnace and AC replacement. He made several suggestions including some that actually saved us money! Once we made the decision to go with the "made in Canada" Napolean system the guys were there in a few days for the install. Jamie, Ryan and Colin were professional and very conscientious about caring for our home while they worked. The space was very tight for this install, but no complaints from the boys. They were happy to answer all my questions; great guys all around! By 8pm the same day, they were done and the house was left exactly the way they found it. I will recommend these guys to all of our friends.

My AC broke on the hottest day. Rob came by the next day and performed thoroughly testing and found out there were 2 problems: the AC's breaker was broken as well as the AC unit was leaking freon. He suggested me to get a electrician to replace the breaker; meanwhile he ordered a new AC unit for me. Rob and Jamie and the crew came by to install the unit and check on my Furnace as well. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

Reliable did a great job of installing my high efficiency furnace about seven years ago. Since then they have been out to do service a few times and have always been quick, friendly and accommodating. They've always explained what they were doing so I could do it in the future if it was within my capabilities. I called Dave last week about the evaporator and Jamie came out within 24 hours. He spent an hour with me and explained everything he was doing. In between we had a great conversation. Honestly I can't say enough good things about this company. They are a jewel in the rough!

I very rarely take the time to write reviews but the service and equipment from this company was truly top notch. Dave was very patient answering all my questions (he is very knowledgeable) and the installers where professional. But most importantly we got the best furnace and air conditioning from Napoleon. Also got a water softener installed at the same time and my skin and hair feel much softer. To bad I didn't call sooner.

Woke up to a Very Warm House, blower was not working. Called around and nobody could come out until the next day. Called Reliable Home Comfort and Darryl was able to take a look and got the blower working in minutes. The Service was Quick and Very Professional.
