Our furnace stopped working over night. I called Reliable Home Comfort and within hours Rob was at our house. He was completely professional, personable and got the job done while explaining what he was doing. Would call these guys back in a heartbeat

Discovered out furnace wasn't working this morning. Called Reliable and Rob was able to come out within an hour and a half. When he arrived the power on our street had just gone off! He said no problem will grab lunch and we just let him know when it is back on and he'll come back. He came right back when it was on and checked out our furnace. It ended up just being a switch which he turned back on and checked on a couple of other things. When I asked how much a owe, he said not to worry about it, these things happen! What a nice guy! I would not hesitate to recommend Reliable and will definitely be the first people I call should we have any furnace problems in the future! Thank you!

Rob set me up quickly on the first cold day of the year right after the holidays on the same day my furnace was shut down. New furnace at half the price of his competitors and didn't waste my time trying to up sell or feed me the line that the AC should be replaced too. When my AC does go these guys are my first cal!!

Darryl was awesome; not only did he promptly fixed the issue with my furnace he also noticed a major issue with my hot water tank and fixed it on the spot as well. Highly recommend!

Dave came out for prompt service of my furnace that was working intermittently. Within a few minutes he was able to source the problem and rectify it. Extremely friendly and helpful in showing what exactly went wrong and how to prevent any future issues.

Our furnace was not staying on long enough to warm the house. Jamie arrived and quickly assessed the situation. A robust cleaning, particularly the flame sensor, was required. In less than half an hour he had cleaned the furnace telling me what he was doing and why. The furnace has worked flawlessly ever since. I would wholeheartedly recommend this service to my friends. Furnace was on the fritz and would work some of the time and would just constantly cycle trying to start the rest. Rob dropped by and had it figured out in about 2 minutes - fan motor was on it's last legs. He showed my a little trick to keep it running when it refused to start so we didn't freeze, and was back a few days later with a new fan which was popped in around 10 minutes.
