Reliable Home Comfort

My old /17 years/ air conditioning stopped working in the warmest days of the week. I called Reliance Home Comfort. The next day they came to install a new unit. The installation gays Markas and Bruce were systematic and knew what they were doing. We had some problem but they took time to make sure things are installed properly. After 7 Hr's non stop work finally they cleaned up and made sure the AC worked. 9:30 evening they left.

We saw water on the floor and gave them a call on a Saturday. They quickly called back and said Dave who would actually be doing the repair would be giving us a second call. It was a bit unnerving to wait but we are happy we did and did not call another company. Dave also called back within thirty minutes and he is super. He came that day and unclogged the AC drain. We then booked him to come back yesterday and do a bit more work with the humidifier that wasn't urgent. He came on time and did an excellent job for a very reasonable price. We highly recommend them.

They came to inspect my old air conditioner free of charge. I was given the option for a costly repair, or to replace. I opted to replace as the unit was over 12 years old. A few days later, the installation team was able to install the new unit. They were very hard working and polite. It was a pleasure doing business with Reliable Home Comfort.

Can't say enough good things about reliable home comfort. Their staff is super friendly and courteous and tell you straight up what you need and what your options are without any high pressure tactics to buy services you don't require. I recommend them to everyone I know.

We discovered water pooling around our furnace in the morning, and I quickly left a message for Reliable. I had a couple of follow-up calls within an hour of leaving my message, and Reliable were able to fit in a service call the same afternoon. Dave showed up when he said he would and managed to get to the bottom of the problem and fix it, which turned out to be a clogged drainage pipe. He also took a look at our AC unit to make sure there was nothing wrong with it. I really appreciated how thorough Dave was with his work, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and Reliable to anyone.

We replaced our 16 year old furnace and AC last week. Rob and Dave were a pleasure to deal with and gave very competitive pricing and warranties. I called 15-20 AC & heating companies and found that Reliable Home Comfort was the best company to go with. The install was done by Jamie and Colin and they were very polite and courteous. They used drop sheets and ensured that they made no mess and went above and beyond to ensure the install was done correctly and walked me through their process. We had a great experience with this company and their staff, I would highly recommend them.

If you're reading this trying to decide on what company to call for your heating/air conditioning needs, don't hesitate in calling Reliable. They really are the best around for sales and service. We bought a new furnace from Reliable in November 2015. The price was fair and the install went without a hitch thanks to Darryl. We love the furnace. It worked great over the winter months, what a difference from our old one, and this one is very quiet. When running the air conditioning the other day I noticed water coming from under the furnace onto the floor. We called Darryl who came over and in less than five minutes he unblocked a drain hose that was causing the problem. Definitely recommending them to everyone I know.

Great company to deal with!

Furnace stopped working on the coldest day of year and Dave came out right away to price out new unit. I wanted a replacement right away but he suggested we wait and get proper venting ducts (old unit ducts were from 1950's) which was the best thing we could do as the unit looks and functions much better with proper size ducting. Will definitely use for all future heating and A/C needs.

Called Reliable to get a quote on new furnace and a/c. Darryl gave an honest opinion and what would suite my home. The installation guys (Chris, Jamie & Brandon) were systematic and knew what they were doing. We had some hurdles from fishing wires to unconnected wires, for which I was given options and best solution that would last long. They were very professional and took time to make sure things are installed properly. Finally they cleaned up everything and Darryl was kind enough to walk me through recommended setting.
