After heavy rains in the city resulted in basement flooding on two separate occasions it became obvious that we had an Eavestrough issue. We had many companies come to quote on the work. Pierce from Tip Top Trough provided a site visit and quote quickly and was extremely professional and personable. Unlike other companies, he actually spent some time trying to diagnose the problem (and he was correct it seems!). The work was completed in a timely manner for a fair and competitive price. It was obvious during a walk through of the newly installed eavestroughs that all Tip Top Trough employees take pride in their work as the installation team walked me step by step through the entire job.
