Dave Marcotte Foundations

Dave and his crew excavated and waterproofed most of our foundation in the fall of 2017. We were so impressed—they were quick and highly skilled, and they put our yard back together beautifully afterward. About a year and a half later, we noticed another leak, and without boring you with the details, it ended up being a one-in-a-million issue with our house that Dave's team could never have anticipated. But even though the leak was no fault of the work they had done, Dave was completely on top of it and dedicated to figuring out the cause, and he didn't charge us for the additional work required to address it. I recommend his team to anyone who mentions needing foundation work—with projects this pricey and work that is basically invisible to you but so important to the integrity of your house, having someone as knowledgable and trustworthy as Dave is so valuable.
