The Toilet Repair job was done well. The plumber has done a good job to fix my toilet. He is quite knowledgeable and provides me with a good price for the Toilet Repair job.
The reason for not having a perfect score; to be honest, the plumber took quite a bit of time to calculate the total amount of the Toilet Repair job, which I felt quite confused about it. Also, the plumber has asked me more than twice if I have signed up for the Lifetime Protection Plan, which I have.
Because I am a regular client; so I thought my profile would be already in their computer system, including if the client has ever signed up for the Lifetime Protection Plan.
However, it was good job well done. Thank you!
