We had called several companies regarding our basement leak we were having and were told the water was coming from the foundation wall and it would have to be waterproofed. After reading the reviews on homestars we decided to call draincom as well to give us the idea of the problem. Liz answered the phone and advised that she could have one of her technicians out within the hour and it would be a free estimate. After speaking with Eugene he advised he would need to open the wall as it didn’t seem like a foundation leak because he was hearing a noise through the wall. After opening up the wall he was right it was a slow water leak and in fact not a foundation leak as the other companies had told us. I recommend this company to everyone looking for a good and honest company. Eugene saved me 2000$ on just taking the time to actually investigate the problem.
