Very organized. Kept me informed of arrival time even if there were slight delays. Called the night before to remind me of the time they would arrive the next day. Also the guys were were very polite and tried to clean the area as much as they could.

The crew called early in the afternoon to let us know what time they would be over to check out what we had. The first truck showed up early (bonus points!) and told us that a 2nd truck was on the way, as their truck was already full. Brought them out to the garage, and showed them what we had to get rid of. The 2 guys did a quick walk around, told us a price and said they'd wait for the 2nd crew to show up. 2nd truck showed up shortly after, and all 4 crew members got to work! Within about 10 minutes the garage was empty, and the 2nd truck was filled. One of the crew members saw our daughter watching, went back to his truck and gave her a toy '1-800-got-junk' dump truck! She absolutely loved it and hasn't let it out of her sight since!

I received a call the evening before pick up to confirm the appointment. I received another call the morning of the appointment to say they were on schedule and they arrived promptly on time. Dan and Patrick were very personable and had everything picked up and loaded with in 40min. I was very impressed with both gentlemen and your service.

Punctual, professional and when we messed up and didn't give them everything we wanted picked up, we called and they came right back and took the remainder with no additional charges!
