What A Pane were efficient and professional! We are very satisfied with the quality of our beautiful wrought iron front doors. They were very understanding and made it easy for us to get what we wanted. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends! Excellent service.

We were interest in wrought iron front door inserts as well as for our powder room windows which also face the front of the house. I contacted whatapane in early October based on the excellent reviews I read on Homestars. Within a few days, Murray came out to do measurements and discuss ideas. We decided on the Lyonheart design for the front doors and wanted them cut so as to have full door inserts. Murray advised that he would be able to come up with a custom design for the power room windows that would complement the front doors. Within a few days, he sent us some designs and we chose one that was really nice and very complementary to the main design! Installation took place after about 8 weeks as was expected and promised. Murray did a neat, quick, clean job with the installation. The end result exceeded our expectations and totally transformed the look of our home. The full door inserts offer privacy yet allow lots of natural light into the front entry area. We have since received many compliments from the neighbours. I would highly recommend this company!

We are extremely happy with the new look of our front door and sidelight inserts. Not only did we get the look we've been searching for, but at a fraction of the cost without having to replace the whole front door system. Neil was our first point of contact as I stumbled upon his ad on the internet. He came to consult with us at our convenience one evening and came fully prepared with options to present to us. Within a couple of weeks our door insert was installed by Dan and Barry and today Neil and Dan came to complete the side light inserts. All three were extremely pleasant to deal with. They take great care in the quality of their workmanship and their products are warrantied for 10 years. I would highly recommend What A Pane to anyone wishing to install stained glass, wrought iron and decorative windows. A large window in our back door got broken on a Friday night of a long weekend and we needed a new one as quickly as possible. Neil was excellent to deal with and got back to me quickly on the weekend. I called about 10 other places and most didn't return my calls until the following Tues. Neil came to my house on the holiday monday and his quote was very reasonable, and less than another company's quote over the phone. The window was about 6.5x2 ft and had to be custom made. They had it cut and installed within a week (another company said it could take 1-2 months). They were great to deal with, very responsive, and I would use them again for any window needs.

Barry was most helpful, he came over to measure and few days later came to change the glass inserts in our front door, it was smooth sailing , looks lovely ,hassle free , would recommend for sure.

What a wonderful job they did! They helped me select beautiful glass inserts for two doors, then installed both inside 2 hours. The workmanship is stellar, they were punctual, helpful and quick. Interestingly, I was referred to "What a Pane" through another window company who does not install glass panes inside existing doors. It saved me a lot of money being able to use my existing door to add the glass panels to, for more light. Highly recommend What a Pane.

I have ordered 3 decorative glass panels for my main entrance door from Murray one month ago. Murray came for measuring and quote. Today Murray came and install the glasses. They are so beautiful and the installation is perfect to fit into the frame. it means Murray is very professional and nice man. Now the door looks totally different, my son came to home after school, he almost cannot recognize his home as I did not tell him we will change the glasses. well done Murray. thanks
