I was very happy with the prompt service I received from "What A Pane". I happened to be outside one afternoon and saw them installing a neighbors door and within a matter of an hour I was having a wrought iron glass insert installed in my door. It was finished in less than an hour and looks fantastic. My only complaint and my reason for giving the company 8/10, is that while they had a large verity of glass inserts to choose from right in that back of their truck, they only had white trim to go around the glass. Since the insert is wrought iron, I would have preferred black.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry you had a complaint but the fact is, vinyl frames are available ONLY in white. If you have seen other colours, it is because the homeowner has painted the frame after the fact
If other colour frames were available on the market, we would certainly offer them to customers.
