It was great to have weekend service --- Sunday, as it was super convenient for me. Called the day before as a reminder and confirmed the arrival time. The technicians Ihsan Chughtai and his assistant were prompt and went straight to work. Polite and removed outdoor shoes as it was raining to avoid tracking in wet. Explained the process, concerns , etc. Told me of additional services, explained costs, available discounts --- I was glad as I took advantage of one. Explained the best maintenance going forward. I was very pleased with their work

Ihsan and his employee arrived at our premise on time, provided excellent information as well as pictures to show the before and after of the cleaning. Our home was just totally renovated and the system was full of drywall dust, and pet hair. They left the job site spotless and service of this quality is not taken for granted. We would be happy to recommend this Company to friends and family, we will be certain to use them for future cleanings.

We hired Duct Care to clean after renovation and couldn't be happier with their service. The guys showed up on time, were very thorough, made recommendations on how to care for furnace/ac coils and filter, left the job site very clean and were very polite. We would recommend this service and will def hire them again.

Had Duct Care Inc show up on Saturday morning. They arrived on time. Duct cleaning service includes all the registers, air returns and furnace blower. Work is done in a professional and efficient way. I can see the dust/debris coming out of the duct. Work was done in almost one hour and half. Really satisfied with their job.

Ihsan and Imran, were professional and friendly. They did a great job and explained in detail the job they were going to do, before hand. They also, helped pick up a hose around my dryer and set it in place for me. I would definitely recommend and also use this company, again. Thank you guys! Good work!
