Was in a rush because was putting my house up for sale. Needed to replace carpet for 4 stairs that was damaged by my cats. they were able to not only fit me in but completed the job within a day at an extremely reasonable cost. The person doing the repair was very professional and pleasant and the job results were excellent. I would highly recommend them.

Amazing service from day one! They came to my place with many books of carpeting samples to choose from, and were able to schedule a date within a week of me calling due to cancellation. Excellent service, with full disposal of old materials, and the installation was perfect! I recommend these guys to anyone who needs to get their carpeting re-done.

Before I moved into a 30 yr old house we purchased, we wanted to put carpeting on the second floor and the stairs. I called Mark with Victorious Flooring and immediately he showed he was professional, knowledgeable about his products, and even accommodating with scheduling.

Within a couple of days, he was able to come in to get measurements for the house, provide a consultation with what type of carpet we could and should get, and schedule a time for him and his contractors to install. He also provided plenty of information for us to prepare the areas for him and his team to easily install.

The team arrived at the house at the agreed upon time and kept in touch with me throughout the entire job. The installation was done with excellence and precision and the follow-up letter with some details about carpet care was an added bonus. Having Mark come in was a pleasure and I am even considering having him install the left over carpet that we have on the stairs to the basement.

We found Mark from Victorious on Homestars. He provided us with a detailed quote and was very patient in helping us decide which type of carpet and colour we should choose for this room. He provided a list of expectations that he and his installer Paul not only followed but exceeded. Clean up was excellent too. Wonderful product and service.

We contacted this company through Homestars as we needed to replace all our carpets on the second floor of our home due to age. Mark contacted us promptly and we arranged for him to come by. He thoroughly explained the carpeting choices, provided samples and we chose the colour and confirmed what we wanted done. He provided two estimates based on different quality of carpet. After choosing the estimate we wanted, we changed our mind about the colour and Mark obligingly came by a second time. We did change the colour, and then decided on the date for the work to be done. We arranged for two days but the technicians completed the job in one day by working a little later. The job was done quickly, efficiently and professionally. We had a couple of questions a couple of days after the job had been completed. Mark sent the same technicians back to ensure our questions were answered and some minor adjustments were made. Overall we were completely satisfied with the work and give Mark a top rating for his timely communication and thorough knowledge of the products he installs.
