Had our Carpet installed 6 yrs ago. Recently we had a terrible spill of curry that would not come out. When we called, Mark was fantastic, He immediately told us there was a one time emergency visit. Within a few days Mark was there to replace the damaged carpet.
Pretty amazing in this day and age that a company honours their warranty agreement with an actual smile. On top of it all, Mark himself repaired the carpet, and since we had extra carpet from the initial install the labour fee was waived. If you have any carpet needs call these folks up with full confidence. Amazing products and the best service
