I had several ripples in my wall-to-wall carpet. Mark dropped by to have a look and gave us an estimate that included moving some furniture as well as stretching out the ripples. The carpet technicians were very pleasant and were very careful when moving our furniture. The work was done quickly, and the workers vacuumed the entire carpet afterwards - no residue was left behind. The carpet looks great - smooth as the day it was originally laid down. I would definitely recommend Victorious Carpet.
