Kyle from Link Climate Care came and repair my mother in laws geo thermal heat pump unit.. He trouble shot it and found a bad capacitor and replaced it. He then went through the complete cycling of the unit to make sure it was winter ready. Thanks very much for your thorough maintenance of the unit.

Great service from tech Kyle who came and replaced a part on our AC unit which was under warranty he was professional, knowledgeable, took the time to explain and answer any questions we had hadn't our ac unit up and running in no time

We needed our Gas control Valve replaced. ( over $ 1,000)Our luck, it failed 8 month before the expiry of the warranty. Link contacted us to make arrangement of the part replacement.
Today was the Service person Kim at our place and replaced the part. He did outstanding work. What a pleasant and hard working guy. Link is very lucky to have such outstanding personal.

Had a huge geothermal system installed last year by Link, and everything has been great. Last Friday our hot water seemed much cooler and I attributed to the weather. Come Monday evening I became concerned. I called Tuesday and even though it was the coldest day of the year and they were very busy they sent Kim out this morning. Everything is working great now, and he checked the whole system while he was here, he even took the time to explain some questions I had about the system that I had not thought of at the time of installation. Best of all EVERYTHING was under warranty! Love this company, so glad I choose them after doing my research on all available companies for geothermal.

The flame function on my electric fireplace ceased functioning. I called Link Climate Care. Kim was here within hours and solved the problem quickly and efficiently. I appreciated the service and his friendly competence.

we had Kim scheduled between 10:30 and 12 P.M. , as always Kim was on time and didn't waste any to get the job started.
The Minisplit needed service and as always Kim did an excellent job in cleaning ,checking the refrigerant and testing for efficiency.

Kim and William were here within the guaranteed time to take a look at our older heat pump which wasn't working at all since yesterday. They quickly determined that it was a defective wire and repaired the wire and made sure that was the only problem.

We have used Link Climate Care since recommendations from neighbours and find them to be quick and efficient. They always arrive within the quoted time period. The staff are pleasant and helpful and thoroughly explain any required repairs.

Shocked! I have been a customer for over 40 years now. We purchased a maintenance plan for 2018. The maintenance was done in Jan. 22, 2019. We purchased a new maintenance plan again, this time for 2019. In Jan. of this year I called to ask when the maintenance would be done. I was advised that they are trying to change maintenance calls to a less busy time of year.
However. Jan. 28th was the date agreed to for our 2019 maintenance.
My furnace quit working on Jan. 26/20 and I had to call for service.
Apparently, it quit due to a dirty filter. Taking care of the filter is part of the maintenance plan. Shortly thereafter I received an Invoice in the amount of $100.57 for the service call. Had my furnace been maintained according to the terms of our agreement I wouldn't have needed service.
I was told this is my fault. Very disappointed!

We have had Link Climate Care service our Geothermal furnace for about 21 years now. We have always been very happy with their work and their professional staff! We just recently had Mike do the yearly maintenance check on our furnace. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We pay a reasonable monthly Insurance for our furnace which I highly recommend! (also covers a yearly maintenance check). Really gives us peace of mind to know that our heating and air conditioning/water heater is being taken care of by a Professional company that is just a call away in case of an emergency.
