I was very pleased with the installation of my new toilet which I had previously purchased. and brought home. The plummer, Trevor was very polite, courteous and professional. He replaced the shut off value because it did not work any more, installed the new toilet, cleaned up afterwards and took the old toilet away. The job was done in under an hour. I will recommend this company to others.

From start to finish the service was friendly and accommodating. Patsy was great, finding opportunities to fit me into to the schedule. Trevor was knowledgeable, fast, clean and quiet! They both seem to enjoy their work. A pleasure to work with, especially when dealing with an unexpected repair!

We were noticing the hot water wasn’t as hot anymore. After a number of calls we asked E. Vaillancourt Plumbing to just change the hot water tank. Once the technicians came, they chose to assess the tank and found it to be less of a problem. Their honesty and integrity changed the circumstances to a minor repair. They saved us a bigger cost for a replacement to a minor repair of the hot water tank. We appreciate all they did for us.

E. Vaillancourt Plumbing came out to address our main sump pump which had stopped working and the backup which they had installed this past spring had come on. When they arrived Mark realized the main pump had just shifted and the float was stuck against the ribbing of the tank. Mark adjusted it and then went through a series of tests. Mark disconnected power to the entire system to see how much water would fill into the tank. The water stopped once it was half way up the weeping pipe where it levelled off. Mark advised this is the water table level so the float should be set at this level instead of roughly 8 inches lower where it is just extracting ground water and would do this all day long.
This is going to save us hundreds of dollars in electricity once the main pump is positioned correctly.

Found E Vallencourt company to be prompt, efficient, and reasonably priced. The plumber who worked to repair my blocked drain and broken shower was knowledgeable and friendly, explained the repair process to me, and left the work area completely cleaned after the job was done. I would definately use their services again and recommend to my friends!

I have a unusual bath tub faucet and Trevor went out of his way to try and fix it. He was great about answering my questions and when it came to the kitchen faucet that needed replacing he was very helpful in what I should look for. I would definitely use them again.
