I have been a customer of Kodiak for four seasons now. I have always been very satisfied with their service, but one occasion this year stands out. On Feb 16 our area received a 51 cm snowfall which I believe was a record for a 24-hour period. The Kodiak plow showed up in the early afternoon right after the city plow had left a large mound of snow at the end of our driveway. The Kodiak driver cleared the bottom of the driveway, then stood clear so that I could remove my car and he then did the rest of the driveway. He came by again overnight. Then, the icing on the cake was the third visit the next morning, for cleanup. This was great service! I'll be back again next year. (By the way, we've also used them for lawn cutting for the past three years. They are equally dependable for that service.)

We have always been extremely pleased with the quality of snow-blowing service provided by Kodiak. Responsiveness following regular snowfalls and major storms has been excellent. Only had to contact them on one occasion due to a family matter, this was during our record Kanata snowfall March 2016. Their Customer Service knew exactly where our tractor-operator was, and they responded to our needs within 30 minutes. We look forward to doing business with them for years to come. I found Kodiak Snow to be very prompt and they did a good job throughout the year. What I was most impressed with, however, was their responsiveness and level of customer service when I had an issue and contacted them with a complaint.
During a record snowfall, there was an oversight and only half of my driveway was cleared. I know all the snow removal companies were overwhelmed and their resources strained by the huge amount of snow, but when I emailed in a complaint, Kodiak Snow not only promptly responded, they also came out quickly to rectify the problem. Very impressive and much appreciated!

I have been using Kodiak snow removal services for 8 seasons and have been very impressed with the service I get from the beginning. During bad storms I have seen them come 3 times in 24 hours! Once they called me to say that although they admired the wooden Valentine hearts I had hanging in my trees, there was a chance the snow blower might do some damage to my decorations! I was pleased that they would take the time to give me this warning. I also use Kodiak for grass cutting and lawn treatments and last summer my lawn looked amazing. I would recommend Kodiak to anyone who was looking for these services. Beth Sharp

We have used Kodiak snow removal services for the past 4 winters and regardless of the amount or frequency of the snowfall our driveway has always been cleared before the morning rush hour and their snow removal vehicle is only minutes behind the City ploughs to clear the mound in front of the driveway. They frequently return two or three times during any prolonged snowfall. We will continue to use this service and highly recommend it to anyone looking for fast, friendly, competent snow removal!
