Techno Kitchen Refacing

This could be long but I hope it's useful to someone trying to make their decision.

From start to finish the interaction with Techno has been incredible.

We met Sheri at the showroom to choose what kind of doors we thought we liked, she helped us narrow down our selection so that when Frank came to visit us, we would be able to see the doors in the light they would actually be in rather than the showroom - genius step 1 - I never would have thought of the natural light changing the look. She was so fabulous and seemed genuinely interested in what we were trying to achieve.

Frank came out to see us at home and in no time at all had a quote ready for us, he outlined different options that would increase the functionality of the space and he was so honest, he was transparent with pricing - genius step 2 - honesty goes a long way! Additionally, on a personal level he is someone you just feel at ease with immediately.

The job started on time, Kevin and Shaun came to the site fully prepared and took their time to protect everything in the house, they cleaned up after themselves every day and again, the personal difference was there. They were both so polite, friendly and respectful of the house. They really care about their work. After two days, Shaun continued the job solo and what an incredible job he did. Genius step 3 - actually have the product you promise and the people to deliver it. Shaun worked diligently and with such attention to detail, craftmanship like that is rare.

The finished product (which was completed ON TIME) is wonderful to us, I joke that I feel like I'm living in a magazine.

I remember reading these reviews and wondering if it was real, could any company REALLY be that good? The answer is an emphatic YES. Techno transformed our kitchen and if you are considering having your done, get them to do it! You won't regret it.

We are so happy we decided to go with Techno when it was time to give our kitchen an overhaul. A big thank you to Frank and his team for the impeccable work they did in transforming our kitchen. From the very beginning when Frank came out to estimate he offered some great suggestions which we had not considered, to the completion of the install phase, we were impressed with the professionalism of everyone we came into contact with. Things went very smoothly and we could not be more pleased with the look of our new kitchen. The quality and workmanship were impeccable and Shaun who did the install was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable and it really shows how much he enjoys what he does. I chose Techno Kitchen Refacing because a fellow (fussy) condo resident gave a glowing recommendation. And I am glad I did. The process, from quote by Frank to interaction with Sophia to work done by Mike and follow-up (Kenneth came back to install the valances after the backsplash tiling job), was about as painless as I could have hoped for. The craftsmanship is superb and my kitchen looks like a million bucks (for a lot less)! Thanks all. I’ll spread the word.

Working with Techno Kitchen was the most stress free renovation/work we have ever had completed. We wanted to update our 20 year old kitchen and since we were generally happy with the layout we didn't want to start from scratch. Frank (owner) was extremely helpful in working with us to come up with a plan that would produce maximum results. He took the time to answer our many questions and help us refine what we wanted. By extending our island, building out our cupboards over the fridge, adding multiple new drawers and refacing all of the existing cabinets we have what looks like a brand new custom built kitchen. Donna and Sheri in the showroom were both helpful in explaining the process and keeping me up to date on timelines. Max the installer was a consummate professional and went out of his way to ensure everything went well and kept everything incredibly tidy and neat during the 5 days he worked in our home. The entire process was easy from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend Techno Kitchen to anyone - they are a first class organization!

Hello Everyone

I want Thank Frank and his team for the great workmanship they performed at my parents house, my parents came to me asking me to find them a company that did refacing of the kitchen and i was hesitant of doing this because of the fact that it would never look good and it
would make them unhappy so i was pushing for the new kitchen replacement which would be very expensive.
In doing the research i came across Techno Kitchen Refacing not to far away from where my parents live so i took them t the show, i then booked an appointment for Frank to come to the house to explain on the installation process and time frame it would take to complete the work, during this period my parents had picked out the type of doors and color of cabinets and Frank had also given them other options or ideas of making some change to the kitchen to accommodate them and it being more practical.
My parents after a few days called Frank and gave him the approval to go ahead and gave him a deposit down payment.
It took 7 days to complete the work and during those 7 days you heard no noise, no dust , very clean , and the kitchen installer was awesome.
When the kitchen was completed i was shocked on how it looked, you never know it was refaced, all i here now is my dad bragging and saying he has a better kitchen then all his kids.

Again, Frank i want to thank you and your team for the great workmanship and making my parents happy.

He is a very hard worker and his craftsmanship is excellent. He paid close attention to the fine details of the job and kept us informed about what he was doing every day. It was a pleasure to have him working in our home. (And Max is the only man who ever swept our kitchen floor.)

Right from the get-go, this company offers superior customer service! This was evident From the very first day that Frank clearly stated what had to be done and recommendations for improvement. His administrative staff which included Donna and Sheri were incredibly helpful and kept us continuously updated with construction. The project took approximately 2 weeks and throughout the entire period of time the technician named Kevin proved to be extremely skilled, thorough and incredibly knowledgeable in all aspects of the operation. He was very organized and also showed complete respect and consideration in keeping the workplace clean and tidy as he progressed. The walkway from the entrance to the kitchen was covered and everything would be neatly cleaned up every night. Another technician named Shaun assisted him the last few day and again, he proved to be just as meticulous and careful. We should also point out that the subcontractors which Techno Kitchen uses which do the plumbing, tiling and electrical all excelled in their respective trades. This company takes pride in their work and clearly puts the CUSTOMER FIRST!

We are incredible happy and satisfied with our new kitchen!

We went to solicit quotes with a few places, and from the start the helpfulness of Techno kitchens - specifically Shari - made us feel the most comfortable.
Frank and Shari really gave us another level of guidance ahd help along the way -in terms of what we needed to do and what we did NOT need to do to make our kitchen update a reality!

We have fur babies and also stressful jobs so being able to have a major kitchen reno completed in less than a week is amazing.

Kevin was our cabinet maker and he was extremely careful, and considerate and kind. He walked us through the process, answered any questions, and made suggestions along the way - based on his experience with similar layouts.. which was way above and beyond.
for example, he made one of our hinges go out more than 180 to make the cabinet more accessible from another side. It is something I had always wanted, but didnt even think or know to ask for it.
We have fur babies and one is a very curious kitten, which worried me to no end how he would handle a renovation. Kevin was so patient about this, and was really considerate and mindful about it.
These are the kind of details that make me extremely happy and give us much peace of mind!
Additionally, he finished in 4 days!
From Frank to Shari to Kevin - these are competent people who know what their doing and know how to take care of you so you are happy in the long run with such an important renovation.
Everything went so smoothly, if there was any issue I could not even remember because Frank and everyone on the team are true professionals.
