The drainage from my basement was blocked. After digging the drain up it still didn't drain. So much for the guarantee he promised for the $10,000 he charged me, I want my money back.

They were the only company to get back to me and were able to be onsite next day. Ron Shouldice did great work and was friendly and knowledgeable. I would use them again even for regular maintenance.

When no one else would come they did. They got the water stopped that was flooding the basement and came back bright and early and fixed everything that needed fixing. Very pleasant, highly recommend.

John and Ron were the cleanest plumbers I've ever had. They left my bathroom cleaner then I left for them. Even cleaning behind areas that have never seen the light of day in years.... Answered all my questions and I learned a lot about my house.
