All Windows on our Home.

We interviewed 3 window companies, consulted HomeStars, references, etc.

The Euro-Seal Sales Manager seemed attentive and professional. He matched the price of a competitive bid.

The windows themselves look really good and the handles & latches seem better than most competitors. The start of the installation was on time.

The after sales support has been very good.

Approximate cost of services:
$25,000.00
What could this company do to improve their services?
4 Things: - Sales contact should take 100% accountibility - Installers should speak better english - Installers need to care about a customers home & furnishings - Installers need to be cleaner, use clean drop cloths and watch where they place their tools, etc. - clean and vacuum at the end of the day.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
Stick only to the highest rated HomeStars companies with LOTS of reviews and better to give a small contract first, then expand it; then to negotiate a better price on a big deal.

The Euro-Seal Sales Manager seemed attentive and professional. He even said that he would be our contact to the company during/after the installation. He matched the price of a competitive bid.

Once the contract was signed, before, during and after the installation he failed totally to take any ownership or help..all he did was to say was to call the company directly.

The windows themselves look really good and the handles & latches seem better than most competitors. The start of the installation was on time.

I just wish the installers were a little nicer, respected a home owners property, dealt with women better and took the extra 30 seconds to take on/off shoes or use more and clean drop clothes (that had at least the dirt from the last installation shaken off outside the house).

Unless the company responds helpfully, the next step is to call the Better Business Bureau.
