This was our first time doing a renovation, much less such an ambitious one, turning a condo we had bought into something that would really be our space.

From the very start, they were amazing to work with. Elia and Steve were grounded and open, easy to plan with and extremely up front with what we needed to do, and how things were going to play out and cost. We had them refinish the cabinets in the kitchen, remove the popcorn ceiling, replace all of the floors, paint all of the walls and coordinate the installation of the new countertop and appliances.

They got in and managed to complete the project faster than we expected and entirely within budget. Getting changes made was always simple and gracefully woven in. We were given a good assessment of things we may need to work on in the future, and near the end of the project, they reached out to us to do an early walkthrough and come with a list of any touchups before wrap up! It was such a thoughtful, detail minded crew and the craftsmanship of their work was exceptional.

I would heartily recommend them to anyone considering a full package renovation who would like a great deal of peace of mind.
