This past summer my wife and I hired Ray to complete a renovation of our main floor. We wanted to remove walls, install beams and create an open concept for our house.
Right from the quote stage, Ray was great to work with. He was very accessible and answered any questions that we had right away. When work began, Ray and his crew worked efficiently and made sure to leave the house as clean as possible when they left for the day. They were always willing to stop and answer any questions that we had throughout the entire process.
Ray coordinated well with sub trades and always gave us a timeline for when particular parts of the job would be completed. This was particularly important to us since we were without a kitchen during the entire process. If/when problems arose and modifications to the plans were needed/requested by my wife or I Ray was more than accommodating and would fully explain any extra costs that may apply.
We greatly appreciated Ray's professionalism and insight throughout the entire process. In the future Ray will be our first call for any other renovations that we may take on. We highly recommend Ray and his crew for any renovation that someone may be considering.
