I knew I wanted quality products which is why I chose Pella in the 1st place. My sales rep Andrew was great to deal with. He was very knowledgeable in all the products and gave sound advice on selecting the best doors for me. Andrew was also quick to help anytime I had additional questions post the appointment. The installation was a complete success as well. I greatly appreciated how punctual and pleasant they were until project completion. I also appreciated Andrew stopping by to ensure there were no issues with the install. All in all, I couldn't be any happier with the results and would highly recommend Pella to anyone! Thanks for the great job guys!

Great customer service. Workers were clean and friendly and always cleaned up after there day. We never had an issue with any of the products or the works. Great warranty as well. Job was done in 3 days as per the quote!

We had a new lining room window and a front door installed in our home. Sales contact (Rob) was great as usual. The installation team was outstanding. We love the Pella products. All our windows are Pella!! We did have one issue...the window was damaged (I think) so the original installation date could not be met. When the replacement window did arrive, the blind and handles were missing. These things were all corrected satisfactorily, but no one would tell me how or why all this happened, and that was annoying to me. Other than this,we are extremely pleased with the products and the installers.

Pella windows and doors put in two windows and one wood garden door and they look beautiful. The quality of the product is great! It gives the impression you want when you see them. They did a really nice job and I would recommend them, however, I was disappointed after spending $14000 that the siding they had removed on the exterior of my house was not finished. Once they left and I had to purchase new siding and have it replaced which I think they should have done.

We recently replaced our main floor windows & doors with Pella products. We decided to invest in products with blinds between the glass - what a pleasure! Not only do our windows & doors look modern & smart, I no longer need to clean dusty blinds. We had a beautiful Pella front door installed, and our request for a custom venting window next to the front door was happily accommodated. Additionally we replaced our children's bedroom windows & included between-the-glass blackout blinds. Wow! It's the first time I have been sold proper blackout product - their bedrooms are completely dark when blinds are pulled, even in full sunlight. Our sliding patio door was supplied with a self closing screen door which is brilliant for those who forget to close screen doors behind them. Incredible products! Jay, our installer, was both professional and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed the process of investing in our home, from start to finish.

We couldn't have asked for more and were very pleased from the first visit to the follow-up. The installers were so conscientious and meticulous. We have great looking wood trimmed patio doors and are so pleased the other company (vinyl) didn't get back to us!
Everything was done on time with no major delays.
We highly recommend Pella and will look to them for future replacement windows.

What an amazing company. The excellence and quality of the window and door is simply outstanding. And the installation service was top notch. I decided to purchase when I saw my neighbors same two purchases and she told me how impressed she was by the service and quality. They are like pieces of art! Would highly recommend for sure.
