Centra Windows, Exteriors, Restorations

Unfortunately my current experience with Centra was nothing like it was about 10 years ago. The product and service I received back then was outstanding. This time around my estimator Brad was unhelpful, uncommunicative and under-delivered. Out of the ten items to be installed, six arrived either damaged or were incorrect on delivery day. It took another six weeks for them to come back and replace the incorrect items and complete the door installation, and there were still errors. It's now September and I am still waiting for them to install the correct glass on a window and a window opener. Getting the information for the government grant from Brad was next to impossible. No one responds to or acknowledges emails, not even the CEO. The only people who did their best were the installers. On the three installation days they were pleasant, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and very tidy. I won't be using Centra again and will never recommend them to anyone again. It's a pity as they have great products and their installation process is cleaner than other window suppliers.

The 10/10 rating does not represent how I feel today, far from it, but maybe over the long arc of time Centra will live up to it.

I recently had Centra replace my 25 year old brass grid windows on Dilworth. I love the look of my new windows. Several of my neighbors have comment on how great they look. I 100% recommend Centra Windows. Jake was exceptional as were the crew of Damon, Darren, Erik and Kyle. They were very professional and a I was very comfortable having them in my home. They cleaned up everything perfectly, in fact some areas were cleaner after they were done than before.

We had all of the windows and a patio door replaced by Centra. They worked quickly and were very courteous and professional. They also cleaned things up really well. Workmen (Mani, Andrew & Mikel) were very friendly and pleasant to deal with.

The builder of my now 5 year old home purchased all doors and windows from Centra. The Service Manager at Centra told me that I have a lifetime warranty of the products.
I have been having issues with their doors from day one. Recently, I emailed 3 times to have warranty work done, no response, I called the Service Manager twice and Lead Customer Care Person, still no response from the company or management. The locking mechanism on 2 doors have failed, basically they arent locking properly. This poses a security and safety issue. This is troubling when a door company doesnt respond to these types of issues. The warranty claim is false. Not good for the companys reputation.

All our windows and doors were replaced by Centra. The sales process was enjoyable, they delivered on time and the quality of the windows and doors look amazing. The sales handled by Ben, the installation team led by Justin and any deficiencies by Mani absolutely make this recommendation to use Centra sincere. Thank you everyone for a job well done.
