We very pleased with the prompt and friendly service. we received from this company.The job was completed ahead of schedule. Kristian and Shayne were very efficient, they made sure everything was clean and tidy before they left. We would definitely recommend them to other people.

When you see the product,meet the salesperson,see their clean vans,tidy personnel,hear the staff talk with pride about the product and company why would you go with anyone else?Shaun,Kyle and Randy you rock!! You are all an asset to Centra.Kyle the grass still need cutting.If you think you can save money going with a cheaper company then that's what you will get,cheap quality its your widows and doors do it right the first time.

The complete Centra service from the initial request for a quotation to the final clean up after installation was great. The installation was done in 2 days. The rain did not slow the crew down. Randy, Damon, Brandon, Shaun and Kyle were well organized and professional. They spread tarps on all floors to keep the house clean and did a final clean up wiping down the work areas to remove dust.

Sam and Mike arrived within the time frame arranged. They laid down drape sheets in the areas they would be walking through and working at. They replaced and re installed two windows in a two hour time frame,this included prep and clean up. Once the job was completed Sam explained what had been done. He showed me the window hat trick and showed me how to remove the sliding window and screens for cleaning. He then went over the warranty on the windows and screens. During the time they were here I felt comfortable with them in my home. The clean up was so well done , I didn't need to follow up and do more. I'm very pleased and would refer this company to family and friends. Well done Sam and Mike.

Very happy with the product and install. They were quick, on time every day, professional, and clean up was amazing. Could hardly tell they were even there at the end of each day. No issues or headaches at all.

Centra certainly exceeded our expectations. The product is quality, but the service was simply amazing. Our installers really cared about doing a good quality job and did many things that were above and beyond the scope of their work. A very big thank you to Andrew, Nick & Jason. I like to thank Carl McLean and Cory Vey for their very professional appoach and workmanship. They worked steady, kept the house clean by using drop cloths, vacuum up anything that was around the window ledge, cleaned the new windows, and away all their waist. They were polite and respectful of everyone in the house even our dogs. Class A work thanks.

We attended a tradeshow at the Tradex and spoke with Reena Prasad who was extremely friendly and helpful. We invited her to our home to initially provide a quote on our front door. We also asked for an additional quote on a patio door and a window concerning our master bedroom and dressing room. We were impressed with her professionalism, friendliness and follow-up and the quotes were better than we expected and we proceeded to go ahead with the job on all 3 items. We also attended the seminar in Langley with Shell Busey and that solidified that we had made the right choice to go with Centra.
We received a call to see if the installation could be moved up and this also worked well. Randy, Damon, and Brandon were the installers and they were very professional. I was also impressed with the dropsheets covering every place they would be even though I said it was not neccessary. When the job was complete they walked us through for an inspection and on how everything worked and cleaned up all the materials so everything was neat and clean.
We were also pleased when we called to have someone come to make a minor adjustment to the door and they sent Paul who was also very courteous and professional.
All in all we were very pleased and also wish Reena a speedy recovery as she was on medical leave during the installation, yet she silll contacted us to find out how everything went.
We have other windows that will need replacing in the future and we will certainly call Centra first!

The product was installed very professionally, they also found a lack of insulation in an area over the back door which they promptly rectified . The installation team Randy, Damon, and Brandon were very professional and businesslike and very personable. They cleaned up and took away all the old materials and explained how the new windows, screens and doors worked. We were very happy with them and the product and love the new look of our home. We would also like to thank Nolan for the time he took to go over the products and help us make the decision for the type of the 8' sliding door in the kitchen area which we are so very happy with. Also, a thank you to Terry for helping the team out and rectifying our crooked light switch. The whole experience with Centra has been wonderful. Would highly recommend them and their products.
