We are very pleased with our new windows. A very professional installation from Kristian, Shayne and Greg. Excellent service with the next day follow up to fix a problem with the alarm on one window.

We had 11 windows and a door put into our home. We are very pleased with them.
Last week we had an independent inspection and the inspector said that whenever he inspects a home that Centra has done the windows and doors they are always well installed. We had a window and door installed a few years ago by Sears and they had used putty to seal the exterior while Centra uses silicone, which is much better. He could not say enough good comments about Centra. He said that there are other very good window and door people and some that might be a little bit better, but much more expensive. Centra gives you the best results for your money.

The sales person, David Tyler, gave a quote which was in the range of the other quotes but we felt most secure by his sales pitch and demeaner. The installer was Clinton Kramer, who did a great job installing the window, was friendly, curteous and knowledgeable. We are pleased with the resulting new sliding door and workmanship.

Our experience was a very positive one from our initial meeting with Robin to the on time (actually early) installation. Kev and Kev did the installation and were excellant. They were careful of our floors, helped by removing the few window covers that we had trouble with and did it all including cleaning and reviewing the windows afterwards. We now have very nice windows and a lovely new glass insert in our front door.

Professional, courteous and efficient they even took the time to give us a demo.

They certainly raised the bar set by the sales person Ray. I hope to use them again in the near future.

We were very impressed with the quality of Centra windows and their transferrable warranty. The installation was completed as scheduled with no extra costs. The installers, Shaun and Kyle, were very personable and responsive to our needs throughout the installation process. Upon completion of the install, Shaun thoroughly explained the features and operation of the windows. Shaun and Kyle also cleaned the interior and exterior of all installed windows and tidied up their work areas before departing. Overall, we were very pleased.
