Used the chat feature on their web site at 11:45 AM They called me at noon to set up an appointment. Service tech Kevin showed up at 1:00 and completed the work in less than an hour.

The problem was correctly indicated on the work-order. The technician, Carlos, was courteous, prompt and quick to get the job done. He had the appropriate parts with him - and that saved quite a bit of time in completing the work. I also received a courtesy call to announce the lead and arrival time of the technician.

Valve replacement, tankless water heater maintenance, and water softener installation

Everything started as a leaking valve but after some investigation there was a scaling issue. So a water softener was installed and tankless water heater serviced. There was obviously a lot of scaling so was timely service and addition. Ended up spending more than originally thought, but with an experienced plumber I'm certain future costs and headaches was avoided.

Hot Water Tank Replacement

Prompt response to emergency need due to leaky hot water tank. Arrived within two hours and called in advance to advise of near arrival. Jay clearly explained the issues and presented all of our options. Professional in all aspects of interaction. Had new hot water tank in a couple of hours and had our peace of mind back. Highly recommend Knight Plumbing for professional, courteous service and a fair price!

Hot water repair

hot water tank installation

Contacted company on a Saturday and had an immediate call back. Service agent called again before he came over. Work was done well as far as I can see. I was given a complete explanation of how the controls work. Only problem I encountered was with the soldering as the smoke detectors alarmed which set off the security system. After 3 calls from the security company they disabled my system until the job was complete. Service agent was both professional and courteous.

Toilet running all the time

Furnace Replacement

I booked a service call for my furnace as it was having trouble running. George came by and determined it was a broken heat exchanger. He recommended replacing the entire furnace as it was 15 years old and replacing the heat exchanger could run about $2k.

I opted to go for a new furnace. They were able to book the installation quickly and for a date that worked for me.

Kevin arrived on the scheduled day and was able to get everything installed within the single day and I finally had working heat. I was happy with Kevin's work and he cleaned up his work site after he was done. He was able to answer all my questions. All his work performed passed city inspection.

Good and efficient service

Carlos was excellent. I called on the weekend and they call me back Monday morning. We had our problem fixed that same afternoon. We were very pleased with the service and how quickly was done.
