With ongoing issues with our water drainage, I found water in the basement around a fridge and our water heater. Thinking it was one of these, I called Knoght. Turns out the problem was a blockegae in the sewer drain caused by roots invading the pipe. It was cleared and everything back to normal within 2 hours. Turns out it was on City land and I should have called 311.
But, all good, service was prompt, the problem identified and corrected. I like Knight and think they are professional and polite and charge reasonable rates.
