Very fast at getting someone out to see what the problem was. Phoned to let me know they were on the way. Dan was a very personable guy, got straight to the problem. Used my thermocouple in the repair. Done within an hour. Would certainly use them again. Their competition wanted me to wait 4 days before they would come out.
