Furnace installation was messy, incorrect, and incomplete. Installers said it would take the whole day, but they were gone at mid-day. My neighbours were asking why there were plumbing trucks outside my house with two guys smoking in it…..
Was pressured into paying when they promised to return to fix the several deficiencies. They did not.
After calling for several days, I threatened to cancel,payment, and I finally got Knight Plumbing’s attention.
I do not feel that I was treated as a valued customer. I followed their payment schedule, but they did not show me any consideration until I threatened action.
They still have to install AC at my place in the spring, and to say I am worried about this would be an understatement. They have not failed to disappoint on several levels

Good morning Dale, Our service technicians do not smoke on any customers property so that is why the techs sit in their trucks having their smoke breaks. We have review the service calls from the install, we installed the new furnace on Dec 6th, on Dec 8th we had the email from you come to the office, our supervisor was not in that date so on his next working date he call and went over the service call Dec 10th. On Dec 14th we were back at the home correcting the errors that took place on the install. I do thank you for bringing this to our attention we are always working to better our techs and company and without honest reviews we can't continue to grow.
