So expensive and ZERO customer service. Something goes wrong within 1 year, 180$ charge to come look at it. Hardware malfunctions, “sorry we are so busy we can’t help you.” I don’t recommend using this company at all. I don’t mind paying top dollar for a company or service that stands behind their work or product. Assiniboine does neither.

As we have already discussed, Christmas lights are not meant to be left up on a year round basis and we recommend that our clients take them down after each Christmas season. The reasoning behind our recommendation is due to the nature of the product and Calgary's harsh climate. We are very transparent with this recommendation as it is posted on our website, our invoices, and we also send out reminder emails to our clients that explicitly state why you should remove your lights on a yearly basis. With that being said, many of our clients choose to leave them up, which is completely understandable as you may want to enjoy them year round, however there may be upkeep costs that go along with that decision. We are sorry that you view this as terrible customer service and we would kindly ask that you refrain from incorrectly quoting us as we have never said, “sorry we are so busy we can’t help you". It is currently outside of the Christmas light season and therefore we do not have crews available at a moment's notice.
