We had windows installed just over 3 months ago. The guys that installed did a great job, very quick and clean. I was promised by my salesperson that all my custom blinds would fit. After many calls to the service dept and several visits i'm still waiting for the adjustments to be made. The last time i called the service dept i was told two service tech's would be out a month later. So last week i took a day off work and waited until 2.15 when one guy showed up with not really any idea why he was there. After an hour and fixing one issue he left. I still have 9 blinds that do not fit my windows. It's also been over a week again and have not heard from anybody.. Really not happy
