We had a small issue with a kitchen light-when we turned on the light the breaker would pop. Called 4 Star, spoke to Jen who was extremely helpful and professional. She booked me in for the same week. On the day of my appointment, she called 2 hours early to say that the technicians had finished their last call early and could make it to my house within an hour. Ryan and Mike arrived, they were polite, knowledgable and professional. They did a quick diagnostic and figured out the problem. Ryan explained the costs associated with the repair and after my approval fixed the issue. We also went through a few other questions and concerns I had about other projects in the house and Ryan gave me a quote for some future work. This company is not cheap but I felt confident in their abilities. I will not hesitate to use this company again in the future.

Ryan M. did a great job. He was conscientious, cleaned up after the work was done and answered all questions we had. Office staff were helpful and very cordial. Would get 4 Star again if we have more work.

Trivana Homes has now partnered with 4 Star on several projects. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the work, and the cleanliness of their job sites. Our last project saw Jaysen and Cheick, very good, excellent with clients and workmanship is very good. Will continue to use 4 Star going forward.

I got home mid-evening on Wednesday - upon arrival I could smell burnt rubber/burnt wiring - not the most comforting smell to come home to! 4-Star Electric immediately dispatched Ryan M to my home in Okotoks. Ryan quickly diagnosed the problem as being a blown doorbell transformer - thankfully, he already had all of the necessary hardware in his truck and was able to fix everything immediately. It was a nerve-wracking start to my evening, but thanks again to Ryan and to 4-Star Electric for their tremendous help!

I had no choice in replacing all my light switches and plugs. An expensive venture, so I needed a company I could trust. I really lucked out with 4 Star Electric. Honest, upfront, professional and done in less time than expected. I highly recommend them and having Ryan doing the work was a pleasant and very educational experience.

Within an hour of our call on a weekend, we had someone from 4 Star Electric come in. Before servicing our concerns, Ryan explained the pricing as well as the issue with our outlet and recommended some options for us. He had the required parts on hand and installed a new outlet quickly. He then explained to us how it worked and we are very happy with Ryan's service.

Calvin arrived exactly on time and after a quick review of my options, He took care of all the electrical problems within my garage. His work was efficient and he was able to update a very ugly garage and bring it back to code. Calvin was very helpful and explained everything in the process so that I was comfortable with the option I picked. He also recommended that I didn't have to do an item of work that I thought was necessary. This proved to me that he was not ripping me off (like I have been in the past by other electricians). While 4 Star isn't the cheapest company, you pay for what you get, and I am 100% satisfied and confident that the work done by Calvin was done correctly and I don't have to worry about safety anymore.
