I was just thinking this morning about how glad I was that we had replaced the patio door to our veranda, realizing that with the old door our kitchen would have been very cold. I have been extremely pleased with the quality and the service provided to us. We have replaced the windows in our home in stages, each time having Karl assist us in regards to appropriate and creative design alternatives. His suggestion of alternate types of windows has proven to be ideal for several of our rooms. The window design for the kitchen allows an amazing amount more light and ease of use over the sink. The patterned enclosed glass window for the laundry room allows wonderful light, while the door provides the ventilation.
We were extremely impressed with the professionalism of those that came to install the windows, their attention to the quality of the product as well as the final look has been outstanding all three times we have had installations.

We are very pleased with our new windows. It's what we don't notice that we most appreciate: no frost on the inside of the glass, no cold draft as you sit next to the window, no worries about the sun fading the new carpet! Supreme Windows was absolutely professional from the first contact through the final installation: the installers were meticulous about keeping our new carpets clean and there was absolutely no evidence left in the house that the windows had just undergone a major transformation. When the snow melted outside, the only thing that remained of the old windows was a single nail that had dropped into the flowerbed. We had a small installation issue due to the way one new window fit with our existing siding, and Supreme scheduled a return visit within days of being notified of the issue and corrected the problem. We're considering replacing other windows and doors in our home and will definitely call Supreme.

I have been a client of Supreme Windows for almost 8 years after interviewing 10 different companies at the time. Every couple of years we would update our current windows with triple pane. I have full confidence in the workmanship and quality of their product. The last set of windows we had changed was during the spring of 2010. I did notice the quality of the product had improved; the price was equitable to many other companies. To be honest, when I have found a company that provides personal service, high standards of producing quality products and a consultant that can answer questions without giving me the run around or a pat answer, they have my business for years to come.

Karl Bergen is a honest, knowledgeable consultant that came to the house and indicated to us which windows needed to be replaced secondary to rot. He indicated that the other windows didn’t need to be replaced at that time. A lot of other companies would have tried to push for full replacement of the remainder of the windows even thought they didn’t need to be done. For that, I am a loyal customer.

The last work crew that came in removed and replaced two windows in 3 hours. For me that is a tremendous feat. As my husband is extremely handy, he would never attempt to replace windows as it is very time consuming and difficult if you do not know what you are doing. The team came in, were extremely professional, confident, courteous and quiet. There was no shouting or arguing with each other. When they were finished, they vacuumed up the mess and even replaced the curtain rods for me. I have heard from friends of ours, that other companies are messy, rude, don’t do the approved work to code and take to long to complete the job.

Our lives are very busy and time management is at a premium. I would and have highly recommended others to Supreme Windows and to talk with Karl Bergen for all of the replacement issues. We still have windows to replace in the future. We will be contacting them again.

I am extremely pleased with the windows, and will consider replacing more as time goes.
Recap: all of the basement windows in the basement suite are now replaced, and egress windows are now in the bedrooms.
Energy bill is reduced. I lost a tenant last year due to the cold in the suite, and I have heard no complaints this year. Plus, the tenant last year was running a space heater which sucks up the utility bill – which I pay.
Marketability of the suite is enhanced, and appearance of the suite is enhanced. This should increase rent revenue as time goes.
Affordability: I will likely pay for them with reduced energy bills in 2-3 years.
House value: if I sold the rental property for some reason in the near future, the market value of the house is increased with the new windows. My approximation would be that the house value is increased more than the cost of the windows, in this case – due to the condition of the old windows.
And last but not least, I really appreciate Karl's advice, knowledge and attitude and will hire him again for any window needs that I have. I have recommended him to others.

I have been meaning to thank Karl for the work he and Supreme Windows have done for us. I have to say we really enjoy the “silence” in our house now that the windows are installed – it really is amazing how much noise these windows block, not to mention the cold. I can hold my hand less than an inch from the windows and not feel any difference in room temperature. Despite a couple of errors during install and the inclement weather in which your crew performed the work, all worked out in the end. We are extremely pleased with our windows and the workmanship and would like to thank Karl for being such a help during the selection process – he truly is doing an excellent job and is a great example of what a salesman should be – attentive, courteous and able to back up his promises. For that, we are grateful and will always recommend Supreme windows to all our friends and family. We will be calling you next year as well – we will need some exterior doors and will not shop anywhere else. Thanks again..good luck and continued prosperity.

Great experience from the initial estimate to the actual installation.From the time of ordering the window and the downpayment until the day of installation took bit longer than anticipated but still was worth it at the end!

Our new windows in the ensuite/master bedroom are working great with no condensation on them, whereas the old ones in the rest of the house are frosted on the inside about a 1/3 of the way on the bottoms. We will definately be replacing the remainder of the windows in 2011.

They replaced 11 windows replaced in our house. They came and measured everthing and the estimate was a good price compared to others. They brought a double team out and finished in 1/2 a day. They even vacuumed the inside of the house when they were cleaning up.

"Once again the install went smoothly, the guys were very respectful and nice and yes...we love the windows. What a difference new windows make. There are not too many houses left on our street that don't have new Supreme windows and doors, I think we started a "window wave" on the street back in '05...but still spreading the word to friends and family.
